So my most recent live project involved me redesigning the interior of The Forth, in Newcastle, below are a selection of my final renders
At the beginning of this project i was rather enthusiastic to get designing, even though the owner had specifications as to what they wanted done to the pub. My two main ideas where a Vintage theme and a Moroccan theme, however the pub already had that shabby chic appearance to it, so i decided to go with the Moroccan theme, and i have to say i am very satisfied with the out come of my design and ideas. I think the colour scheme works well, and it still manages to keeps its, homely and welcome feel. Overall it was a successful project that i enjoyed doing however, i think had we been given more freedom with this project, there certainly could have been more possibilities for this project.

Mobile card reader!
Technology is becoming so advanced we now have the ability to swipe our credit cards using our phones!
Designed by Yves Behar of fuse project. Simply plug the device into your smartphones ear phone jack, and your ready to go. The device has also been designed to avoid it spinning while swiping. Pretty cool.
Menu Pin Table
The new portable table perfect for summer time, can be used anywhere including the beach and park, would definitley be a good investment.

RIETEILAND HOUSE BY HANS VAN HEESWIJK
Dutch architect Hans Van Heeswijk designed his own waterfront home called Rietelland House which he developed on the island of IJburg near Amsterdam. Its looks very current and sensational, if only there where more homes like this one.

Mini Playhouses
After my previous post i decided to get creative and started to craft some small playhouse of my own, in the oabove images are two of them which i designed from, mount board, wooden dowels and lollipop sticks, which turned out to be a huge success since my furrys love them. Its given my the motivation to create more of these, except in different styles and colours. I have found it really enjoyable crafting these original items. Its totally worth having a go at and saves you alot of money!

Playhouse
Recently i went snooping around some websites trying to find some homemade toys for my little furrys, and came across some designs i found rather fascinating. The above images are just 3 of many mini hamster playpens/playhouses designed and built by Andrea Probst who posts all of her creations and ideas online at http://www.hamster-wohnwelt.de/aktuelles.html I really admire how she has constructed such detailed items for small furrys, giving them more to do then play with there usual pet shop toys. After looking at the designs it has given me inspiration be creative and get crafting!
